Whether you have recently been diagnosed or if you have lived with Diabetes for a number of years it's important to check your overall health every 6 months and not just your regularly blood sugar levels. We offer a full screening to access your heath concentrating on the associated health problems of the condition. A diabetes test can be given to those with a family history as part of the Health Check program.

Health examination & assessment
  • A complete examination by a Consultant Physician
  • Eye Evaluation – (e.g Vision and Cataract assessment)

    Medical Imaging & Electrodiagnosis
  • Ultrasonogram of the abdomen - Screening only, produces detailed images of the internal organs, including liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidneys

    • Blood glucose Fasting
    • Creatinine
    • SGPT (ALT)
    • Complete Blood Count
    • HbA1C
    • Lipid Profile

    Number of preliminary diagnostic tests:  12 tests

    Normal Duration: 4hrs (depending on the number of health cheq patients attending the department this time may be reduced or increased by 1 to 2 hrs)

    If required by the consultant, more in-depth investigations or scans are available at our hospital and can be arranged for you at our normal fee.
