have ticketed parking system at Apollo Colombo. Although we do have security,
parking is at your own risk and we can not be held responsible for any
incident of theft or loss of possessions in your car.

A taxi can be booked for you at the main reception.
Communications / Room Telephone
Each patient bed is has a local land line telephone. If the patient needs to make overseas calls please dial 55 for operator to connect your call or the Ward Coordinator can issue you with an access code to make internationals calls directly. Any the calls made from the patient room will be added to the final bill at discharge.

Apollo Hospitals Colombo is a Tobacco free Zone. Smoking and chewing of tobacco is not permitted in any facility or on the hospital grounds.

This area is complete with an outdoor seating area, and a café selling a selection of refreshments.

For the convenience of OPD patients and visitors several telephone booths
are located on the hospital premises. Telephone cards can be obtained
from the pharmacy.
Bank Facilities
Hatton National Bank has opened a branch at our hospital and provides patients and visitors with 24-hour accessibility to an HNB Cashline ATM machine, located in the plaza area.
Bank Hours: Mondays to Fridays 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.
