Our Rooms and Suites

Bed Allocation
 
Our main objective is to accommodate you according to your choice as comfortably as possible. Our range of rooms varies depending on their facilities. In case we can't meet up your expectations on the desired room category at the moment of admission, we will do our best to change your room as and when they become available.

Patients can expect deluxe rooms, delicious food including locally produced fresh tropical fruits, internet access can be arranged, no wait-lists and excellent registered qualified nurse coverage.
     
General Wards
     
These air-conditioned spacious wards consist of 6 patient beds per ward. Each bed has its own telephone connection and curtains to create a partition for privacy. The wards have a common television for the patient's visitor to watch and a shared bathroom.
     
Twin Share Room
     
These are Semi Private Rooms air conditioned rooms, with 2 patient beds in one room and a shared bathroom and Television. Each bed has its own Telephone connection, as well as an easy-chair is provided for the patient’s visitor.
     
Private Rooms & Suites
 
For Patients who would like a private room they can choose from our range of 5 Luxuary room styles. Our rooms are tastefully designed and are comparable to staying in 5 star hotel room.

All deluxe rooms are en-suite and are fully air conditioned. Each room or suite has a personal television, telephone connection, fridge and sofa beds for close relative or friend to stay. The Premium Rooms and Suites also have separate lounge area for visitors.
     
Our private room categories are
     
Deluxe Room : Luxury spacious rooms with tastefully designed interior with en-suite bathroom.
     
Super Deluxe Rooms : Similar to the premium room, however, these rooms are larger with en-suite bathroom.
     
Premium Rooms : Smaller version of suite rooms with a separate visitor lounge and room, as well as en-suite for the patient and an additional toilet for visitors.
 
Orchid Suite : These luxurious private suites are divided into the patient area and a well laid separate lounge for the visitors. All en-suite with an additional toilet for visitors.
Royal Suites : The private suite rooms our highest room style and are divided into the patient area and a well laid separate lounge for the visitors, with a glass door to divide the patient area if required. All en-suite with an additional toilet for visitors.
 
Bed Transfers : Kindly indicate to the Ward Coordinator if you wish to change your room type to a higher or lower bed category. Providing your room type is available we will transfer you to your new preferred room. Any changes in room rate charges will be applicable from the day of transfer.
 
Double Occupancy : If a patient is admitted back in to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or remains in the ICU for an extended period, it is possible to reserve a room for an accompanying attendant. This is ultimately the decision of the Hospital to authorise the room to be used for an accompanying attendant and if the bed is given we reserve the right to request that they release the room if the bed is required for another patient. If the Double Occupancy room is granted the patient will be charged for both the ICU bed and the other room occupied by a relative or close friend.
