The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC wishes to invite price quotations from bidders who are interested to provide the following requirement,

  • Pre-bid Meeting Date: 05th July 2019 at 11.30am in the Conference Room at 10th Floor
  • Bid Documents Issuing Date: 26th June 2019 – 22nd July 2019
  • Closing Date and Time of Bidding: 23rd July 2019 at 11.00am

General Information

  1. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language can be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request (for each) to AGM Procurement, Procurement Department, No.598, Administration Building, The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 and upon payment of non-refundable fee per set in cash to the Finance Dept., on weekdays from above mentioned issuing date at 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
  2. Duly perfected bids marked “The Tender No. & Title of the Tender” on the top left-hand corner of the envelope, sealed bids may either deposited in the tender box located in Procurement Department, 04th Floor, No 598, Administration Building, The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 or sent by registered post to the same address.
  3. Bids will be opened soon after the deadline in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
  4. Incomplete & late bids will be rejected & The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject bids received or part thereof.
  5. If the bidder acts as an agent, sub-agent, representative, or nominee for and on behalf of any tenderer a Copy of PCA 3 certificate issued by the company registrar should be submitted along with the request letter to obtain bidding documents and should get the contract registered after the each bid is awarded if the bid value is exceeding 5Mn Rupees.
