The Neurosurgical Centre at Lanka Hospitals offers comprehensive emergency and routine neurosurgical services, supported by advanced neurological care, 24/7 ICU facilities, and extensive diagnostic and pharmacy support. Equipped with sophisticated technology, the department features a Neuronavigation system, 32-channel nerve monitoring, 3D 4K microscopes, and 3D C-arm imaging. State-of-the-art imaging tools, including a 3 Tesla MRI and CT scanner, ensure precise diagnosis of complex conditions. Highly reputed neurosurgeons are available 24/7 through the Accident and Emergency Department, with access to well-equipped ambulances and a helipad for rapid patient evacuation. From emergency procedures to routine craniotomies and spinal surgeries, the department performs an average of 100 neurosurgeries monthly.

The facility boasts three fully equipped neurosurgical theatres and a dedicated 25-bed ward on the 8^th floor, complete with a Surgical ICU and High Dependency Unit (HDU). A skilled team of neuro-nursing staff and specialized physiotherapists provides exceptional post-operative rehabilitation care.
